It keeps crashing on me and I can't sort out why. I have a Mac and when I first downloaded it worked fine, but now when I open it, I see the image of the cat, and then it immediately closes. I've tried re-installing and that didn't work, I tried to go reset the config but I don't see an almam folder in application support
