Do you remember where it was or what happened that might have caused it?
I think in the first screen in which you mhave the bunnies coming out oy one side and the tent on the other (just after tutorial?)
Aside from having to press space bar after the level ends to get to the next level, I have no idea what it could be :c sorry that you had to deal with that
