Is there a way for me to export my save to a more recent version of the game?
I did everything in version 0.18.6 and wanted to update to 0.19.2 without lose my progress

Depends on the platform.
On computers, normally the saves are recognized automatically and you can keep playing on the new version.
- Just launch the new version and see if the saves are there.
On phone, if you uninstalled the app then you lose your saves.
- In that case, you should install the new APK as an update for the installed app.
