do you have winrar installed? that's probably why you can't play the mod
oh i need to pay to get that so unfortuantely i think i wont be able to play for now...

how did you play the mod if you said the folder's empty?
i downloaded winrar and then downloaded the mod and then the folder wasnt empty it had a winrar file with the mod inside
