Subpar.
Story was pretty much nothing, though that is mostly to be expected with these sorts of short horror games.
But whilst I can forgive it for that, the horror in the game was essentially nonexistent, perhaps it's because I lack the fear of the sea that many have, but the appearance of the eyes and the tentacles weren't exactly horror inspiring.
And the gameplay, which could've possibly made up for that lack of horror, is generally boring, as I never became even slightly close to losing, simply walking back and forth across the sub boredly repairing, spamming mouse clicks every few seconds.
If I did have to give this game one positive I'd say that the visuals were rather pleasant, and I really do think that the visual style, if it were executed via an actually horror inducing manner, could make for a great game.
