I don't know about this exact image, but there's a small fan mod on the F95zone thread that changes files in the www folder to have penetration for this event (it's only visual and the dialogue doesn't match, just FYI), and also changes the Anna night sex scene to not shrink MC's dong (doesn't affect the x-ray tho).

It's back in 2021, so if some events have been changed they may not be affected anymore (eg. I've not seen a change to Daisy's two events they mentioned).
