When you defeat wellie(rabbit)you can get fucked by her and get pregnant. Then beat momo(cat) and talk to her to get fucked again and give birth. The easiest way is to go to the left wall of Momo's house and accept the pop-up that makes your puppet disappear and gets you pregnant. Then see Momo again
