I finished all the new missions of the last version, i'm missing only the one of Brandy and the one of the waterfall
ok, not sure where teleport got turned off but you an meet Brandy in History class after completing the other 3 classes, and the waterfall is through the gate on the left exterior of the school - the same gate used when meeting the angels
