Ok, if you read the google message, it's sayed that to much people download the game and it limit the acces to the files.
Yeah but usually if you wait a few days you can access the files and download the game again but it's been over a month and I still can't download SSBC
I don't know I can't download the files too. You can try to find someone with the last version of the game and ask him if he can give it to you.
