Thank you for the feedback and support. Auto Save feature is actually a top priority feature implementation after the 0.3.0 update.
Please note that the upcoming 0.4.0 update will primarily focus on introducing new h-scenes, h-interactions, and additional enemies. Unfortunately due to this the updated "continue" functionality (auto save), is planned for the future 0.5.0 update, which is scheduled for release in August.
