I was thinking that was a room this whole time.
It looked like there was a bed and trash there, all the outside places are mostly just clean.
I wasted so much time to see if there was a way inside so I could interact with those boars.

The bed is in the part you can get to, that's where you end up. Over on the top left is "outside" though. It's a question of scale: you're "zoomed in" when you're in a building. It's like in RPGs with overworlds, your character isn't actually as large as an entire city, it's just representational.
