I don't remember how I got there but I found some sort of plant that when I interacted with it, it gave me MASSIVE balls, so much it gave a speed debuff. Is this jut some sort of testing thing that was put there? Also the effect would not go away.
there should be another plant next to it that shrinks the balls back down

Yes, that plant was placed for testing thing. In the latest version, that debuff is cured by masturbation of the emote.
