I am good with AI art if you ask I will attempt to make a picture that meets your requirements however I can't promise successes I can recreate most YouTube thumb nails with text and stable diffusion in about 20 minutes however there will not be consistency as it gets exponentially harder the more consistency you want

Thanks for the proposal, but I don't think that's a good idea. I already tried AI and also have a pretty extensed experience with stable diffusion. Currently, it's totally useless for game dev purpose as art really need to be coherent and consistent. The only way it could eventually work would be to train a LoRa for it but to train a LoRa, you first need a dataset. So back to square one.
