Really cool mechanic, maybe a bit hard at some points to react to like spikes/fire since you might be in different dimension (if I saw that those were there correctly). This could be for sure set up to be a proper game. Maybe so that the dimension is changing based on time and you need to figure out quickly were to go before next dimension comes and you might come into some trouble/etc.
