1 you can take a rest to skip a few hours rather than sleep
2 if you have taken rest and you see that you are close to 3 am then go out and just go to different places and JUST GO AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING like search. You can go to bull village or lizard village to spend time and return back when it is ALMOST 3 am
