Can't play any of the editions. "The following component(s) are required to run this program: DirectX Runtime" while dxdiag reports version 12. My dxdiag info: https://pastebin.com/ziEGgdYD

The fix was as simple as googling the error and finding out that you need to use the "DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer" from Microsoft. Apparently the game uses something non-standard or a version of DirectX older than 12.
