Clever take on the theme, and a nice message communicated with a sweet, gentle style. Two things: 1. Sometimes the green emotion bar didn't seem to go down at all, wasn't sure if that was on purpose? (Like, some days are just better than others?) 2. It wasn't clear to me what the consequences of not ignoring the bad thoughts would be--seemed like I could just keep pressing "calm" and it wouldn't matter how many bad thoughts piled up.
