I'm having the same issue. No response on support so far, but I only put it in last night. If you haven't already go on their website and put in a ticket on Need Help? and hopefully they can fix it
Just had the same issue. Was hoping to play it now, guess I'll have to wait. First time I've bought anything through Itch, will definitely avoid in the future
Kind of exposes how bad the authentication system is. I get wanting to avoid piracy but locking the entire game out because of something completely out of the customer's control is a bit questionable.
