How do I even play the game after dowloading it
when you download, you should get a .zip file. right-click and press "extract all", then go to the not-.zip file and find clangen.exe and play.

If you're on mobile, you can play the online web-site version, but I'm pretty sure it's broken atm. Some ppl are saying it just takes a while to load but I'm not a patient person and haven't figured out if that's true yet. 🫠
