wont let me even use the game, i know how to do all the stuff but this time it dosent, dont know what to doo

I'm sorry about that. Typically I would have point you in the direction of my profile page to a YT link that will teach you how to work any itch.io game (.rar .zip and .exe). My file is .rar, so in this case I would suggest to use WinRaR to get it going.
