Check your map, it's one of two places in the upper right of the map.

I couldn't find the boss there for the story mission

The boss at breeds ranch I can't find it
Head to the Bushwood barn
M to open map, top right of the map, teleport there, head directly north. You can now go in the barn.
Seems Breeds Ranch is the old name for the place, but it seems I still have a reference in there to that name.
