It would be but maybe instead of just making it stuck to the bed make the character have tiny area where he can move or let the player be able to dodge left right and block button with few uses.And during day make the player collect manually loot and set time limit so they dont have a lot of time to buy stuff which wold give the game a bit more dificulty

That it's more an idea than a limitation. A limitation it's more like a simple concept that can be seen in different perspectives. Taking your idea as an example, a limitation can it be "Day and night" or "Hidden for not too much time".
