Bruh, u can't search on google for that, that is literally the dumbest thing u can do. Plus, it allows u to do drain the energy of others as in when u kill them.
very miniscule on 1 fearless piece (1/5 of a minicross shot) and it stacks up and starts becoming useful at around 6 pieces - full so i advise going for full regen speed
