Whats the difference between the hard mode and the normal mode?

maybe bullets move faster idk, or you have less ammo

normal mode's enemies fire as soon as they detect you while hard mode's npcs try to shoot at where you are heading (which imo makes hard mode easier than normal mode if you abuse the time slowing effect)
