Well, I already try to lax it. But more than that would make the consistency of the translation be hard hard to keep, therefore degrading its quality.
I mean, Indonesia is a damn big place. Each region has its own slang or informal term of its language. So I figured the best way to do it is to use the proper everyday Indonesian language. At least I don't use "saya" or "anda." That would be formally rigid and awkward.
That is if you're referring to the game translation. If not, well the answer would be, "I rarely use Indonesian online, that's why I sound awkward when I decide to use it. Sorry."
