I got the keys for the florist and the cafe in the same day and fixed them both. This cause only the second place I fixed (the cafe) to finish and the florist owner never appeared. (idk if the florist is supposed to not appear after the store is fixed but I'm assuming they are)

Thanks for letting me know. Yeah, florist should appear too... That's obviously a bug which I need to fix. 

Edit: This bug should be fixed in version >1.5.7
