I went ahead and purchased it on the Unity Asset Store. It does indeed work with URP lighting. I was able to setup a scene in less than an hour that I had been trying to setup in RPG Maker Unite for three days.
I'm thinking about buying this as well. Are you able to customize the default UI that comes with this?
