After you have done The Curse of Lust and Lizard's treasure event in good ending, The Nameless event should be started after you have reached Iron Blood Village (Orc's village) and done the mind protection event with the Witch in the swamp. You need to sleep in your house (near the forest) once and in the morning, there will be a crow sent from the Witch visit you.
