Normal mode? On normal it's half as hard as on hard mode and can be done without any lust perk upgrades, but you need stable fps.
For anything story related, you don't need to do anything with the Moonstars (win the minigame all the time) since if you lose, you get essences anyway, and once you save Enya, it's just for extra content.
Enya's skill is a rage skill, it makes you hit more, and with all the checks that skill has... it's hard for it not to work.
Also, in v16 there will be an option that instead of animations (loops), they will be images so it shouldn't produce lag anymore.
