i think you‘ll need a specific soul trait,all i know for now is that the fairness trait is for Paps and (if i remember correctly) kindness for Flowey

Quick Edit: I haven't figured out how to get Sans route quite yet, but according to previous comments on here you just need a cheerful personality, no specific soul trait required. Although I did figure out that you need a wisdom soul trait to pursue Gastor (hopes this at least helps other people out).
