So I've been eagerly awaiting the full release of Amanda the Adventurer, and it certainly was well worth the wait!

I've always loved the concept where they've taken this harmless-looking children's programme and turned it into something that nightmares are made of, which can be noted through her ominous comments in the brighter/cheerier episodes, or her dark, almost demonic shifts.

The escape room/puzzle elements to the game aren't overly tricky, but they can be a head scratcher at times, especially when you are trying to jump ahead and figure it out before the clues have been laid out before you.

The use of secret tapes are a great way to give a little background/lore into Amanda the Adventurer, which I found were great rewards when I found them. Speaking of background/lore, the game pretty much leaves it up to your own interpretations, and leaves room for either a second game or even DLC.
