i indeed am one but i rarely post my games till they are fully finished

plus if it's made on HS1 i guess or maybe HS2 so it surely needs a good pc =_= compared to mine is 7yr old ig and it still doesn't works smoothly on it
so depends on pc
you got a near ultimate pc maybe the dev got other issues and he's too lazy as he said so he used the pc problem as a cover?
we dunno since we can't get into his head and only info is what he provides
