So the persistant data that Renpy saves, which is distinct from actual game saves, can be a little sticky, but go ahead and try this:
1️⃣ Uninstall Mice Tea
2️⃣ Go to C:\Users\[YOUR_USER_NAME_HERE]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy (replacing your user name in the file path) and delete the Mice Tea folder
3️⃣ Go to %appdata%\RenPy and delete the Mice Tea folder
4️⃣ Reinstall Mice Tea
