I used the Vitae Exchange to increase my character's breast size about two or three cup sizes, using the average body type. Currently, the breasts are displayed waaaay off to the side. I updated versions to 78.1 to see if it'd help- No dice.
Vitae Exchange is bugged, but is about to undergo a complete overhaul.
