I had a lot of fun with this game! I got to the end and only lost two zones. I found myself making riskier decisions to save my people saying things like "I won't give up on you!" even though I knew I didn't need those zones to win. I bet it would have been even stronger with cute little art assets to support your narrative but I know there wasn't enough time. Amazing job! <3
