I see! Thanks for letting me know the back story of the chosen name! I thought it was a Godness, based on the first thing that came out of Google. Now with this info, I can be assured I won't get backlash from anyone haha.
I can't imagine a game company 100 times worse than that. I can't seem to find any information about the company with the terms given. But that's a good thing I guess haha.
