0.13/0.13.1/0.13.2 have a ton of new events. Leading up to the end of "Chapter 2" (which began when the Boss arrived around Day 69). 0.13.1 and 0.13.2 have some bug fixes, mainly, over 0.13, FYI.

Now we're around Day 120 at the start of "Chapter 3"... depending of course on whether you wasted time grinding "training" for cash, which is 100% unnecessary.
0.14 is coming in a few months (we've almost finished writing, now on to rendering, then coding and assembly)... It will also have tons of story progress, twists, and sexy events for many love interests.
