What do you mean with deleted the file? You mean you deleted the gamefile and then reinstalled it and after that your savefile is gone?
If you mean this, i think your progress on android system is lost. Looks like HOS use internal storage to save. So only the saving app can reach the savefiles and if you delete or reinstall the app, saves are gone.
