just google "Microsoft visual runtime" and click the link that says "Last Supported Visual C++". Find the section that says "... 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022" Then click the link that corresponds with what your device runs, mine runs on x64. (to find what your system runs, go into your settings. Locate the "About" tab and look at the System Type). Once you've downloaded the correct file, open the file. Once opened it's pretty self-explanatory.
