All residents vanish after loading save file

Hi there,

i encountered a nasty bug that lets my whole cast besides mc vanish after i load the save file.

It seems to happen after i make any custom slave order with sebastian and then save the game. The savefile shows X residents but on loading there are 0 left.

I'm playing on v0.5.24b on win10 x64 using only the random portrait mod and it's a story mode custom start game.

Does anyone know how to restore the save file or why the bug occurs?

Update to v0.5.24c, this issue has been fixed.

Where is the update? it don't look like it is up on itch.io.

Never mind. Web Text still said 0.5.24b. The Download is right version.

The version statement is rarely updated. The version of the game available at itch.io is in fact 0.5.24c.
