You should be able to install it by opening your files / file manager app and finding it under recent downloads.
for me it's saying app not installed
You might have better luck using another APK installer. Had the same issue a while back whenever I tried installing files that were too big. SAI (split APK installer) did the trick for me
Or you might not have enough storage, that's been happening to me for a while until I cleared some unnecessary stuff out my phone
