Can we get a PDF version? When I open on mobile it just opens up on a new page where I can't actually download it, and scrolling down unloads the cards, meaning it chews up data like anything

It is indeed a PDF, so I'm not entirely sure where the problem lies. As far as I know, you'll want to get the download from your library - https://itch.io/my-collections for a direct link. The Decks are only 21 and 20 MB, respectively, so it shouldn't take up too much data.
