I need help with Lielle's quest

Was Lielle put elsewhere on the map after some update? 
I started her quest, after reaching level 30, version 19.01.23, 
where until then she was in the capital of Begus. But in the current version she is no longer at INN

Did you take the quest in the previous version, saw her at the Inn and after updating she is missing despite not having finished that quest? (She's gone after you finished her dungeon)

Exactly, I started the quest and did not complete it. 
But after the update she disappeared

Can you give me your save file please?
You can find them on PC in the www/save folder. I don't need the entire folder, only the file with the number of the saveslot in which you have the issue.

Sorry, it seems I made a mistake. 
In my current save I'm not level 30. 
I just confused with my save on android, sorry for bothering :(
