Hello! I thought the way where you have to turn and move forward was interesting. It's almost like a turn-based game. I think the secret for the bomb segment was cool hahaha! Reminded me of elden ring.

I couldn't figure out the torch part. I feel that it's a puzzle but it wasn't clear to me whether I solved it. I also got stuck at the left side of the dungeon. Couldn't rly figure out how to get past the red gates since there wasn't any red lever. I understand that I had to have a mental model of the dungeon but I didn't find that very fun.

I wanted to finish it but having to turn many times in this game made me dizzy HAHA.. Not rly sure how to solve this issue.

I feel that the turn-based movement for this game could be explored more towards the direction of AI. Maybe have an enemy ai that stops moving when you look at it. But the moment u turn around, it starts moving each time you perform a movement action (i.e. turning, walking etc).

Nonetheless, I think the turn-based movement helps to distinguish your game from others. It's an interesting concept that could be explored more!

Hello! Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it! I will try to address your queries as best as I can

  1. The torch puzzle has combinations laid throughout the dungeon on the walls, some hidden.
  2. I guess the intention for the red gate IS to have a mental image of the maze but you don't have to do it.
  3. For the turning, it could be the speed of the turn
  4. The enemy AI was a direction I intended to go with to make it an action RPG kind of game but I decided to change the scope and just made it a puzzle game
