Game Review:
Pro:

Art - Title screen: Omg they included the pulsar map for Earth on the title screen, and the title screen is quite dynamic

Movement - REALLY smooth and easy to understand, most of the tech used within the game can be found really fast (ie. just trying out really obvious keys, like right mouse button, helps the player learn more about the game)

Music - Generic, but it matches with the game's general feel of "exploration" and a windy atmosphere created by a swing . Music naturally slows down when you hold right mouse button

Level Design - Exceedingly simple, and that's what makes it beautiful. Boundless empty space for the player to move through (except for the beginning of the second level, the part where you have to use momentum to grab the first parts of the tower)

Cons:

Game crashes when you hit "next level" in the last level

Grapple to a new surface sometimes remove existing velocity from your character

Grapple automatically shortens over time, making situations where your character unintentionally hit the bar

Character model is suitable for the game's artstyle, but can be improved with maybe neon lights on the elbows and the back of the heels (look up initial D's artstyle for reference)

Conclusion, 9/10 game, well deserved of the 4 awards it got in Gamecon
