game installed from itch.io, game started, try to move with keys defined and shown in the game by keys w,a,s,d. No reaction, so looks like I cannot play the game.

Tried already to use admin- or xp-compatibility-mode. Still same issue.

Using WIN7 64-BIT

Any idea?

Do you perhaps have a controller plugged in? That might prevent the WASD keys from moving the character.
