How did that happen?I would contact Itch support and they should be able to fix it easy. I unfortunately don't have any power as a dev.
I was putting the numbers of the gift card. When i clicked to comfirm the purchase, nothing happened. When i gave it reset the page it let me download it. I'm sure that was what happened :c
