There is no key for bathroom in the Silenced Hill house 😅 but may be there is a way to get inside... I don't remember....
BTW I'm working on a climbing system right now... it will allow players to climb on boxes,cars or over the fence... it could break some locations... and allow you to get to some unreachable places...😊
