Hmmm. I'm not sure.
Is that PC connected to the internet?
It might be network related, so I will change the process in the next update so that it is not immediately connected to the network at startup.
If it was working in the previous version, I don't think that is the cause.
If the game does not start even when VR is not used, then I think the root of the system is the cause.
The game is developed in Unity, although I recently upgraded the version of Unity used for this game. So far, I can only think of this version upgrade as the cause.
However, downgrading is not possible at this time due to the system we are using. I am facing a wall.
I am facing the same issue. Also tried without VR. Version 1.2 is running fine, current version 1.71 is crashing.
Difference with V1.71:
the game loads. Unity screen is shown, then it freezes and then i get a black screen but can hear the menu music for two seconds and it crashes. So it bascially launches I guess.
I'd assume it is in fact the system thats causing troubles. Do you have any tips or hints that might help us identify the problem?
