However, I played with enabled then disabled sexual content and nothing seemed to change, so I don't know if it's a bug or if I just made bad choices
Hello! As there are only three chapters so far, the only instances currently affected by that setting are a few mild lines of dialogue with The Shade. And they’re easy to miss, since you need to make certain choices/have a high enough affinity with him to trigger them.
As the story progresses, sexual themes will become more common, and the difference between enabling/disabling them will become more apparent.
